Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Peel potatoes if the skin is tough otherwise just scrub and rinse them.
  3. Cut potatoes into thin slices but not all the way through. Use a handle from a spoon to prevent knife from going all the way through.
  4. Put potatoes in a baking dish and fan them slightly.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with herbs.
  6. Bake for about 50 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheeses.
  8. Bake potatoes for another 10-15 minutes until lightly browned, cheeses are melted and potatoes are soft inside. Check with a fork.
