Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups cauliflower
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Chop 2 heads cauliflower.
  2. Deep fry in oil.
  3. Remove from oil when cooked.
  4. Chop parsley, pepper and carrot.
  5. Mix in salt and garlic powder.
  6. Toss all together.
