Ingredients:
8 cups cauliflower
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup parsley
1 sweet bell pepper
2 carrots
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. chop 2 heads cauliflower.
2. deep fry in oil.
3. remove from oil when cooked.
4. chop parsley, pepper and carrot.
5. mix in salt and garlic powder.
6. toss all together.
