Roast  Pork Loin With Brown Sugar Glaze

Ingredients:

  • 2 -2 1/2 lbs pork loin roast
  • 1/4 cup mccormick's montreal brand steak seasoning, by mccormick
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar

Directions:

  1. Season pork Lion with Montreal Steak Seasoning and sugar let sit for a few hours.
  2. Preheat Oven to 325.
  3. Mix together all glaze ingredients.
  4. Roast 30 to 40 minutes per pound about an hour and 1/2 for 2 to 2 1/2 lbs roast.
  5. Place seasoned pork loin in a roasting pan on a rack insert meat thermometer into the center of the roast. Cook the roast till the thermometer reads 160 degrees. During the the last 45 minuets brush the brown sugar gaze on the pork several times.
