Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375*.
  2. Combine potatoes, pepper, onion and mushrooms in 9x13 pan.
  3. Mix in small bowl,next 6 ingredients.
  4. Brush 1/2 of this mixture on veggies.
  5. Place chicken on top.
  6. Brush chicken with remaining oil mixture.
  7. Bake for 45 min, basting occ.
