Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop potatoes.
  2. Thinly slice onions.
  3. Mince garlic.
  4. Cube chicken into 1 cubes.
  5. Half grape tomatoes.
  6. Add oil to warm skillet.
  7. Add garlic, onions and chicken.
  8. Saute until chicken is browned, season to taste (about 7-8 minutes here).
  9. Add potatoes and tomatoes and some more seasoning if you wish.
  10. Cover and simmer until tender about 20 - 30 minutes.
  11. Add cheese and ENJOY!
