Ingredients:

  • 2 cups instant rice
  • 100 g peas
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning

Directions:

  1. Cook rice according to the instructions. In separate pot, heat the oil, add garlic and seasoning. After 1 min add peas and simmer for 3 min on med heat. Add rice and crushed tomatoes and simmer for 5-7 more min.
