Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup apple sauce
  • 1.67 cups oat flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sour milk , milk and vinegar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 1/2 cup apples or rhubard

Directions:

  1. Bake at 350 for one hour
