Ingredients:

  • 2.92 cups oat flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 large egg
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 lb pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup apple sauce

Directions:

  1. Cook at 350 for 1 hour, cool 10min in pans, remove and cool on racks
