Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 eggs
  • 1 1/3 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1 1/3 cups cornmeal
  • 2 2/3 cups bread flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Bake according to manufacturer’s instructions, adding the bell pepper during the add-ins cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading is finished.
