Directions:

  1. Saute garlic and veggies until soft.
  2. Add rice and spices, stir.
  3. Add tomatoes and broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce and simmer until rice is almost done.
  5. Add beans, salt and pepper.
  6. Cook until done.
