  1. Seperate egg whites
  2. Add flour and garlic
  3. Stir
  4. Add cheeses and stir then add milk and stir
  5. Then add broccoli and stir
  6. Spray 9 round pan with butter flavored oil
  7. Put spinach on bottom of pan add mixture
  8. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees!
