  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1/2 cup spinach

Directions:

  1. Chop onion
  2. Thaw spinach
  3. Mix egg, egg white, milk, spices
  4. Layer onion, spinach, and egg mixture
  5. Top with cheese
  6. Bake 350 for 30 minutes
