Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 2 1/2 cups of flour
  • 2 1/2 teas baking soda
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup raisin
  • 2 1/2 cups of raisin bran cereal

Directions:

  1. Add sugar and melted butter to beaten eggs.
  2. Sift together flour, soda and salt.
  3. Add alternately with the buttermilk to the egg mixture.
  4. Mix in raisins and Raisin Bran.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Refrigerate covered, use as needed. (keeps just 3 weeks)
