Buttermilk Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 1/2 cups of mashed bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup walnuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a small bowl mix together Buttermilk and Baking soda. Mix and set a side (needs to rise).
  3. In a Large Bowl, mix together Sugar, Butter, Flour, Bananas, and nuts.
  4. Combined Buttermilk mixture with other ingredients.
  5. Pour in to 1 Large bread pan 2 Medium Pans or 3 Small.
