  1. Heat oil in a large skillet
  2. Brown chicken on both sides
  3. Add onions and cook down a couple of min. then add diced apricots and cook until fragrant
  4. Add preserves and chicken broth and stir to combine. cover and cook another 10-15 min. until fully cooked flip chicken over half way through cooking process.
