Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp wheat germ
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 dash nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth and foamy or whisk with wire whisk until smooth and foamy.
  2. Serve.
