Ingredients:

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • tiny pinch kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large glass and whisk.
  2. OR combine all ingredients in a blender and process until frothy.
