Ingredients:

  • 14 cups pears, cooked
  • 10 cups sugar
  • 2 (3 oz) boxes orange-pineapple jell-o
  • 1 (3 oz) box sure- jell

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a stockpot.
  2. Cook together for approximately 30 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent scorching.
  3. If pears haven't collapsed from cooking, mash them.
  4. Serve when cool.
