No Cook Strawberry Jam

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz sure- jell
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. Wash strawberrys, drain, and decap stem [use a small spoon].
  2. Crush strawberrys in hands and fingers.
  3. Mix sugar with strawberrys and let stand for 10 minutes.
  4. Add Sure Jel and water, bring to a boil for 1 minute stir for 3 minutes.
  5. Put into containers and freeze.
