Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 oz starkist sweet and spicy tuna (1/2 of a 5 oz. pouch)
  • 1 cup spinach or 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 pinch slivered almonds

Directions:

  1. Cook rice and veggies.
  2. Top rice with layer of spinach or broccoli. Top that with tuna directly from the pouch. Add some almond slivers. Voila.
