Ingredients:

  • 12 cups chicken broth
  • 2 green onions , cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/8 tsp white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Serve or cool and refrigerate for up to a week.
