Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup bran flakes
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup honey

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake for 15 minutes. Makes 12.
