Ingredients:

  • 1 2/3 cups skim milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cake flour
  • 2 tbsp cornmeal
  • 1 tbsp natural bran
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Sift together all dry ingredients.
  2. Combine with wet ingredients and blend well.
  3. Spread into a 8 inch baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 min until golden.
  4. Let cool.
