I love the flavor of honey in baked goods.
Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup bran flakes
3/4 cup skim milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup honey
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake for 15 minutes. Makes 12.
