Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup regular oats
  • 1/3 cup egg beaters
  • 2 tbsp. pumpkin
  • 2 packets splenda

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together with a hand mixer or blender
  2. Spray your pan with nonstick spray and cook on medium/high heat until bubbly
  3. Flip the pancakes and finish off until golden brown
  4. Top with sugar-free syrup
