Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1/16 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp skim milk

Directions:

  1. Mix it all together and microwave it. Can top it with granola or something crunchy (adds calories). Makes a low fat, fiber rich treat. Can put on oatmeal too.
