Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of yogurt .
  • 1 and 1/2 lemon juice .
  • 1/2 cup of tahina .
  • 2 tea spoon of ground cumin.
  • 1 tbsp of paprika powder .

Directions:

  1. First cut the peeled pumpkin into pieces and boil it in water till it's become easy to mash.
  2. Take the pumpkin and mash it.
  3. Bring a bowel put the Tahina along with the lemon juice and whisk it together till you feel that it's hard to mix it.
  4. Add the yogurt to the Tahina and lemon mix them together add the salt, paprika and cumin.
  5. The last step is put your mixture on the mashed pumpkin mix all the things together and there you are the Pumpkin mutable : )
