Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 box(es) yellow cake mix testes:betty crocker super moist butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Stir together first 5 ingredients. Pour into a lightly-greased 13x9 baking dish. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over pumpkin mixture; sprinkle evenly w/ pecans. Pour butter over top.
  2. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let stand 10min before serving. Serve warm or at room temp w/ whipped cream, if desired. Sprinkle w/ nutmeg, if desired.
