Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 package mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 package chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine pumpkin, sugar, oil, egg, and vanilla. In a separate bowl stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, nutmet, and baking soda. Next combine all ingredients together. Stir in chocolate chips or nuts. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
