Directions:

  1. Chill applesauce and oil
  2. Combine flour, spices, bs, bp, and salt
  3. Cream sugar with oil/applesace mixture. add pumpkin, maple, vanilla, and vinegar
  4. Stir in flour mixture
  5. Fold in nuts (toasted)
  6. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes
