Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp allspice
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix together eggs and pumpkin.
  2. Add spices, vanilla, and brown sugar, mix well.
  3. Mix in cake mix.
  4. Bake in loaf pan at 350 for 45 min-1hr until golden on top and dry inside.
