Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp allspice

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Muffins:.
  3. Beat the eggs, sugar and butter until light.
  4. Add the milk to the egg mixture and stir until blended.
  5. Combine baking soda, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, salt and flour.
  6. Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture mixing until just blended.
  7. Carefully fold in the raspberries.
  8. Fill well greased regular muffin pans approximately 1/2 to 2/3 full.
  9. Top with a scant tbsp of topping.
  10. Bake for 20 minutes or until the muffins are cooked in the middle.

  12. In large bowl combine all ingredients, mixing well.
