Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 (16 oz) can pumpkin
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Grease & flour 2 9x13 pans.
  3. Divide batter between pans.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
