Directions:

  1. Combine all but coconut. Work with your hands to combine well.
  2. Scoop out spoonfuls and roll into golf ball sized balls.
  3. Roll in coconut to coat.
  4. Refrigerate at least one hour.
  5. Store in airtight container in fridge for up to one week.
