  1. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to the boil, simmer for 1 - 2 minutes (5 minutes if using rolled oats instead of quick cooking ones).
  3. Then serve in a bowl with your choice of cream, milk and sweeteners.
  4. So simple.
