  1. Mix together oats, almonds, coconut, cinnamon and nutmeg. In seperate bowl, mix together orange juice, honey andbrown sugar. Heat for 1 minute in microwave and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add oil and vanilla to juice mixture. Stir juice mixture into oats until all is coated evenly. Bake in 250 degree oven until oats are golden brown, stirring occasionally.
