Ingredients:

  • 1/8 cup muscle milk 'n oats instant oatmeal (i buy mine online)
  • 1/4 cup egg beaters
  • 1/2 tbsp cary diabetic pancake syrup

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together with an Immersion type blender.
  2. Pour entire batter into a preheated skillet that has been treated with canola spray oil over medium heat..
  3. Cook as you would a regular pancake, flipping when edges are golden and firm.
  4. This pairs very well with morning star breakfast patties.
