Power up Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz milk (can use skim , 1%, or lactaid )
  • 4 oz cherries
  • 4 oz peaches
  • 1 (8 oz) container of any flavor yogurt

Directions:

  1. Put all the fruit into a blender, pour in the milk and yogurt. Blend at high speed for 45 seconds or until smooth. Pour and enjoy!
