Pour And Bake Pear Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees.
  2. Drain pears, reserving 3/4 cups of the syrup.
  3. Place pears in a greased 9 1/2 x 1 1/2 or 10 x 1 1/2-inch deep quiche pan or pie plate.
  4. In a blender or food processor, place flour and sugar, and process till combined.
  5. Add the yogurt, eggs, vanilla, and pear syrup. Blend until smooth. Pour over pears. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center is just set.
  7. Let cool for 30 minutes. Serve warm
