Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup margarine

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Mix flour and baking powder, set aside.
  3. In a bowl, beat eggs, sugar, and margarine.
  4. Incorporate flour, alternating with milk.
  5. Without spreading it, pour preperation into a greased 13 x9 pan.
  6. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan.
  7. Boil for 2 minutes.
  8. Pour over top of the dough.
  9. Bake 45 minutes.
