Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle cooked potatoes with salt.
  2. In another bowl combine cottage cheese,sour cream,onion and garlic salt.
  3. Fold into potatoes.
  4. Place into 9x13 casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
  5. Top with shredded cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour - covered for 45 minutes and uncovered for 15 minutes.
  7. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
