Potatoes on the Grill

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 sheets aluminum foil (approx 9 x 12)

Directions:

  1. Slice potatoes.
  2. Place on foil.
  3. Add rest of ingredients.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Wrap foil leaving a little room for heat to circulate.
  6. Grill aprox 45 minunets.
  7. Carefully open foil.
  8. Serve.
  9. Serves 4.
