Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon in large sauce pan until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside. Discard half the bacon fat from pan. Add onion, red and yellow peppers, potatoes and saute about 4 minutes. Add the milk and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes. Add creamed corn, corn, and thyme and simmer until heated through. Season with salt and pepper and crumble bacon on top of each serving.
