Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 medium red potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 - 2 tbsp water

Directions:

  1. Wash potatoes and cut lengthwise into quarters.
  2. Cook potatoes, covered in samll amount of boilling salted water for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain.
  3. In small bowl combine garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper. stir in enough water to make a mixture that's easy to brush on potatoes. brush over potatoes; place in grill basket.
  4. Grill potatoes on the rack of an uncovered grill 8-10 minutes, turning occasinally.
