Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook veggies according to package, adding 2 Tbsp.
  2. Butter, the salt, and garlic salt.
  3. To 8 tbsp.
  4. Melted butter add flour to make paste.
  5. Stir into veggies and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and cheese.
  7. Pour into greased casserole dish and cover with crushed Ritz crackers or bread crumbs.
  8. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
