Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp dill weed
  • 1 tbsp salt

Directions:

  1. Peel and chunk potatoes; boil in just enough water to cover.
  2. Add all ingredients except milk; when potates are tender, slightly mash about 1/2 of the potatoes.
  3. Add milk simmer 20 min.
  4. Serve with warm buttered bread.
