Ingredients:

  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 28 g celery
  • 65 g onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 oz mustard
  • 5 tbsp miracle whip

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes and eggs.
  2. Potatoes should firm but easy to pierce
  3. Mince all vegetables
  4. Peel potatoes and shell eggs
  5. Mix in large bowl with hands or large spoon
  6. Add mustard, relish and Miracle Whip
  7. Salt and pepper to taste
  8. Smooth out top and sprinkle paprika over the top.
