Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Potatoes: Cook potatoes in their jackets until soft.
  2. Peel and dice.
  3. Mix potatoes gently with the remaining five ingredients.
  4. Pour dressing over and stir.
  5. Dressing: Mix eggs with sugar, cornstarch and salt.
  6. Add vinegar, cream and mustardd.
  7. Cook until thickened.
  8. Remove from heat and beat in butter.
  9. Add salad dressing and mix until smooth.
  10. Fold into potato mixture.
