Ingredients:

  • 1 small onion
  • 1 medium potato

Directions:

  1. Grate the potato.
  2. Turn the stove on to medium high - high heat
  3. Cut up the onion, and mix in with potato.
  4. Mix 1- 2 tbsp of oil in with the potato and onion.
  5. Put remaining oil in the frying pan, and take about a third of the potato, and put it into the pan, making a pancake shape.
  6. Cook until bottom side is golden brown, and flip over. cook until both sides are brown.
